This website collects only what is necessary. This page explains how information submitted through the fit check, iClosed scheduler and direct exchanges is handled.

What the website collects
The website does not create user accounts. The mini pre-qualification collects contact details, company context, fit answers and booking information. Attribution parameters such as the referring page and campaign tags may also be recorded when present.
Pre-qualification and booking
The embedded scheduler may be operated by iClosed. Contact details can be saved as soon as they are entered, including when the booking is not completed. Answers are used to assess fit, prepare the call and follow up on this request. The information is not sold or used for unrelated automated outreach.
Information sent to bilal@itqan.systems is used only to reply and follow up on the exchange.
Technical data
Vercel produces technical logs required for the operation and security of the website. iClosed may process technical, attribution and anti-spam data required to operate the embedded scheduler.
Retention period
Information related to a fit check, booking or commercial relationship is kept for as long as needed for follow-up, then for no more than three years after the last contact unless a different legal obligation applies.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by writing to bilal@itqan.systems.
Data sharing
No personal data is sold. Technical providers access it only to deliver the services described above.
